Three Weeks In

And I am really enjoying the Couch to 5K program. I just finished Week 3 this morning and am looking forward to beginning Week 4 on Monday. Each of my workouts this week, I was able to add on to the standard program, and do an additional interval. From here on out though, the length of the runs really starts increasing! And many thanks to Carli at Running Into Shape for the podcasts that she has created for the program.

I found a 5K race close by that coincides with when I will be completing the program. I'm really hoping to keep up with it so that I can enter the race.  :)
